If you are not satisfied with our software products or services, you have the right to request a refund within 7 days from the date of your purchase.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 7 days from the date you purchased the software product or service or from the date you activated the software product or service, whichever is later.

To request a refund, you must inform us of your decision by sending an e-mail to contact@bbictech.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund.

We will process your refund request within 30 days from the day on which we receive your e-mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.
